2003–2004 — A Vision Takes Shape

In 2003, Precicast was born with a simple yet powerful vision — to manufacture dependable aluminium castings built on precision, quality, and integrity.

We were not just starting a factory; we were building trust.
In those early days, every component produced carried our commitment to excellence and long-term partnerships.

2004–2006 — Learning, Strengthening, Growing

These years were about discipline and process control.
We strengthened our production systems, refined our casting techniques, and focused on consistency.

Every order delivered helped us earn confidence in the market.

2007–2008 — Taking Control of Quality

Growth demanded stronger technical command.

We installed in-house Sand Core Making, gaining full control over casting accuracy and internal structure.
This investment allowed us to produce more complex and reliable components — and marked our first big step toward technical independence.

2008–2009 — Moving Toward Complete Solutions

We introduced Band Saw Cutting operations, improving precision and production efficiency.

Soon, respected customers like
Hero, Casewell Drilling Services, Elcon Alloys Pvt. Ltd., Solo Components Pvt. Ltd., and SRS Diecasting Pvt. Ltd.
placed their trust in us.

Our name began to circulate in industrial circles as a dependable partner.

2009–2010 — Casting + Machining Under One Roof

This was a defining shift.

We integrated Machining operations with casting, allowing us to deliver ready-to-assemble finished components.

This reduced customer lead time and strengthened our quality control.
During this period, new customers joined our journey:
INAPEX Pvt. Ltd., Reflex Communication Pvt. Ltd., Simplex Engg. Pvt. Ltd., Zorex Forging Ltd.

We were no longer just a casting unit — we were becoming a solution provider.

2010–2011 — Building Technical Muscle

To improve metallurgical quality, we installed:

Hardness Testing Machine
Milling Machine
Heat Treatment Facility

This strengthened our manufacturing backbone.

We began working with
Pulse E Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Honda Siel Power Products, and Continental Engineering Products Ltd.

Confidence was rising. So were expectations.

2011–2012 — Preparing for Bigger Markets

We expanded our testing capabilities with:

We started exports with Thales Group, France.

We were becoming a trusted supplier for the power sector.

2019–2020 — Advanced Manufacturing Expansion
